21i Charity Calendars FAQ

We accept jpeg as the standard format which is taken by digital cameras. All page images should be landscape format adn the cover image should be portrait.

You can upload any size of image but we recommend not any less than photos taken with a 3 megapixel camera (1600x1200 pixels) smaller images will be of lesser quality. At least 6 megapixels would be ideal.

Sure, just create an account and email us to tell us you will send a CD with all your images. These MUST be named cover, jan, feb, mar… as appropriate.

If you are on a dial up connection or a limited broadband connection then you may have difficulty uploading images depending on their size. You can send a CD to our studio. It may be an idea to try uploading three or four images at a time.

A computer cannot tell if your image is portrait or landscape, our designers will be able to correct this so it's printed correctly.

Our Calendars are A3 portrait, printing 4 colours process on 170gsm silk paper.

Whenever someone orders a calendar you will be emailed. This will be subject to them completing payment. We cannot email you automatically when someone makes a payment as this would involve sending confidential credit card information.

We'll post calendars directly to the buyer, post is paid by the purchaser at cost with no commission.

The money will be paid by cheque to the administrator at the address supplied in the set up page, this will be done within one week of the last order being placed.

We've included a consent form for you to print off and have parents sign if this is a concern.

All orders will be posted within 14 days of order.

The last order date for next years calendars will be the 14th of December.
